Placing an order through this web site is deemed to constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions

Orders

All orders received before 16:00 (UK time) will be processed and posted the next day. An extra day will be added in the case of weekends and public holidays. Christmas cards are made to order and will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cards will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries who aim to deliver the next working day.

Every effort is made to ensure that cards arrive with you in good condition and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or damaged as they pass through the postal system.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control including failure of suppliers or partners.

The Cards

Each card is individually handmade so, you should anticipate some variation on each design when comparing a card image on screen to the card you receive.
All of the card sizes quoted are approximate.

Prices and costs

We reserve the right to increase the prices of the products periodically to reflect increased costs. When the order is processed, the price of the merchandise is guaranteed and will not increase.
